Our classes are designed specifically to the corporate environment, and are suitable for all employees regardless of their fitness level or experience in Yoga. They can be formulated to combat stress and tension, improve mental wellness and build physical fitness.

Nutrition has an immediate impact on employee wellness and corporate performance. Poor nutrition and eating patterns of employees can be detrimental to their productivity and performance in the workplace, which can be very costly to companies today – the risk of diseases, increasing health insurance claims and absenteeism, and decreased employee productivity.

We work with clients to develop and implement a strategic wellness plan and programs to create a healthy culture.
